Once you place the order with us, you have 48 hours to cancel the subscription, as long as you have not availed any meals or services with us during these 48 hours.

Refund will be processed back to the source of payment that could be Credit Card, Debit Card and Net banking by Citrus. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible, and may take up to 7 business days, in addition to your respective banks which would take 2 to 4 business days to process the credited amount and to be reflected. Please note any banking holiday would extend the time frame.
