We offer subscriptions of various durations to a healthy lifestyle, which may include combination of one or more of the following products and services;

•   Packaged Meals and Snacks.

•   Nutrition Advisory and Diet planning services.

•   Personalized Meals and Snacks.

•   General Fitness advisory.

•   Personalized Fitness plans.

Meals and services provided by Yummy Diet brand are available during the week between Monday to Saturday and between 9am to 6pm. Specific services will further be available at specific hours, for example, Lunch Meals are available for delivery only between 11am and 1pm. Nutritionists are available between 10am and 5pm to schedule calls or respond to your queries.

Advisory

•   A Sample 1Day package of Advisory will be for single day which includes (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner) (Sunday Excluding) from the day of purchase. If un-availed or not-cancelled, the subscription lapses after the 3 calendar days from the day of purchase.

•   A weekly package of Advisory will be for 6 calendar days (Sunday Excluding) from the day of purchase. If un-availed or not-cancelled, the subscription lapses after the 6 calendar days from the day of purchase.

•   30 days package of Advisory will be for 30 calendar days from the day of purchase. If un-availed or not-cancelled, the subscription lapses after the 30 calendar days (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from the day of purchase.

•   60 days package of Advisory will be for 60 calendar days from the day of purchase. If un-availed or not-cancelled, the subscription lapses after the 60 calendar days (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from the day of purchase.

•   A Quarterly package of Advisory will be for 90 calendar days from the day of purchase (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). If un-availed or not-cancelled, the subscription lapses after the 30 calendar days from the day of purchase.

Meals

•   A trail of one day package of meals will have 3-4meals, all meals to be used on the same day. Within 7days of the package purchase.

•   A monthly package of meals will have 30-120 meals as per the choice, to be used Max 4 meals per day, to be used within 40 calendar days of the 1stmeal delivered.

•   A Quarterly package of meals will have 90+ meals, to be used Max 4 meals per day, to be used within 100 calendar days of the 1st meal delivered.

Combos

•   For combo packages of Advisory and Meals, the duration of the individual services as mentioned above applies.

Our meals or services are not available on important national holidays, i.e., Republic Day, May Day, Sankranti, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Dipawali, Ganesh Nimarjan, Eid-ulFitr, Eid-Ul Adhaa and Christmas etc. All other days, we will be working and offering meals and advisory.

For Meals, you will need to confirm your order, or make any changes to it, by 5:00pm on the day before the delivery. Any changes after 5:00pm on the day before will be accepted at the discretion of Yummy Diet.

We will make 1 attempt per day to deliver the meal at your defined address within the defined delivery timeslot. For Residential and Commercial buildings where our delivery boy does not have permission to enter, will be handed over to Security, Reception, etc., if they accept. We recommend that you leave instructions with them to accept the same. Our delivery boy will contact you, but if given prior instructions can leave the package based on the instructions, without contacting or disturbing you. The delivery boy will wait a maximum of 5 minutes if required. We aim to provide affordable nutritionally balanced meals, and waiting delivery boys makes our meals expensive for everyone, including you.

Any meal that is scheduled for delivery and not received shall be forfeited. We have provided for extra days in case you need to cancel meals on certain days. You can cancel your meal the day before by 5:pm through, our web-platform or through our call center. Make sure you consume all your meals within the validity period. Any meals not consumed within the validity period are forfeited.

Nutritionists' appointments can only be reserved at least 24hrs in advance. Earlier appointments are offered only at the discretion of Yummy Diet.
