INGREDIANTS :

  • Bananas : 1
  • Skimmed Milk : 1 cup
  • Soaked almonds : 5
  • Raisins : 1 tea spoon

  • Cinnamin powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Flax seeds : 2 table spoons

PREPARATION :

take a blender , add all the aboue ingrediants and make a smooth mixture. then top with sliced almonds.If you want to add sweetner then add one spoon of organic honey.

  • Soaked Chia seeds : 2 table spoons
